The Thyroid Profile
Your Thyroid Profile answers are processed in your own web browser. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers. Your PDF report is created on your device, and you choose whether to share it with us.
When you contact us
If you phone, email or book with us, we use your details to arrange and provide your care, and keep clinical records as required for healthcare providers in the UK.
Booking and the clinic request form
Online consultations are booked through Calendly, which handles the details you enter under its own privacy policy. If you use the in-clinic request form, the details you enter are emailed to the clinic so we can contact you about your appointment. They are not stored on this website.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows a Google map on the contact page. These services may receive your IP address when the page loads.
