We go through your Thyroid Profile, medical history, medication history, lifestyle and any previous lab results, and recommend which tests would be useful.
Testing
Your functional blood chemistry baseline, plus targeted tests for the contributing factors your results point to.
Full Consultation
We review your thyroid results alongside your other tests, especially adrenal and liver function, set out your dietary protocol and start your treatment.
Follow-up consultations
Regular reviews of your progress, with your plan adjusted as you improve.

Common questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. We’re happy to work alongside your GP and share results with them if you’d like.
Will I have to stop my thyroid medication?
No. Please keep taking any prescribed medication. We never advise stopping or changing it without your GP’s involvement.
Can I come if I haven’t been diagnosed with a thyroid condition?
Yes. Many people come to us with symptoms of low thyroid function and results they’ve been told are normal.
Do I have to take the Thyroid Profile first?
It’s the best place to start, because it gives us your symptom baseline before your first appointment. Your £12 is refunded when you book a Discovery Consultation.
